To my surprise, channel 36 that my router picked out was very poor for me and channel 145 would transmit at 98% strength.

Next, I simply tried every single one of the 5 Ghz channels and then waited two minutes for the PS4 network status to refresh each time.
Then, I checked my wifi strength app on my phone and saw three other people using the same frequency as the one my router auto-selected. I opened the PS4 network status and saw it was an 80% signal. For example, I had my router set to auto-select the broadcast channel. The status will tell you how strong the signal is. There are a few ways to to do this, but what I do is use a Wifi Strength app on my phone and then I go into my PS4 network connection under Settings and check the status. For those that do not know what that means, it involves being able to access the admin part of your router and checking the signal strength.
You need to check your radio settings on the wifi. So, I just look at my anti-virus settings to make sure to allow the PS Now app. I don’t have a firewall on mine, only with my anti-virus software. If there is a firewall built into it, you may need to play with your settings to allow PS Now to move through it freely. It also needs to be set to transmit using Wireless AC on the 5 Ghz band. Without a good router, you will have some delay and lag issues as the router tries to keep up. Use a good brand like Linksys or something, it needs to have proper hardware to handle all the data going back and forth. I just have a TP Link Archer A9 and it handles it just fine. A basic router or one provided by cable internet services may not be as reliable and can struggle with the high amount of resources being used. If using wifi, you need a good router. The majority of new laptops and PC’s now have wireless AC, so the PC app will likely run fine there. There is no way around it, wireless N on 2.4 Ghz will be far less stable compared to a 5 Ghz connection with wireless-AC and it doesn’t help that there are way too many routers around us that use those 2.4 Ghz frequencies already. What does that mean? It means your older PS4’s are likely to have a terrible time trying to play PS Now unless it’s wired with ethernet. This is especially bad for those with older PS4’s because – only the new PS4 Slims and PS4 Pro’s have 5 Ghz WiFi connectivity. That is a poor way to experience the service and you’ll get spotty connection drops and endless frustration. I do not advise connecting with a 2.4 Ghz wifi using wireless N. For PS Now,you need to use ethernet or a 5 Ghz wifi connection. I restarted my computer after doing each tutorial.If you’ve had some issues with a blurry image, frame drops, or lag with PS Now using WiFi, you are not alone. Regarding the third tutorial, when I select which icons appear on the taskbar, the only one related to OneDrive is "OneDrive.exe" with the caption "OneDrive Closing." I set the button to "On" but it's still not showing in the taskbar. 
(Incidentally, evenĪfter enabling "view all folders," there's still not a OneDrive.exe file in my C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive folder, so I can't run the file to show the icon.) I don't have the icon in my taskbar notification area and when I open the app from the Start menu, I don't have a similar setting menu with the option to start OneDrive when I start Windows. The second tutorial is a complete nonstarter. I still can't see OneDrive in the navigation pane in File Explorer. I followed the first tutorial to see if it would undo whatever I did to begin with, but nothing changed.
I did do something to the registry files before, I think, so we're getting closer but still not there yet.
